Carlo Tamburi

Managing Director of the International Division

He was born in Italy in 1959 and is the Managing Director of Enel’s International Division.since 2008.

From 2005 to 2006 he led Enel’s Services and Procurement Dept. and was CEO of Dalmazia Trieste, the real estate company of the Enel Group.

Previously, from 2002 to 2005, he headed Enel’s Mergers and Acquisitions.
Graduated in Statistics, he served for over 20 years in Citibank NA, IRI (Istituto per la
Ricostruzione Industriale) and the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, before joining Enel.
He was also Chairman of the company Tirrenia di Navigazione and a Member of the Board of Directors of several Italian companies, including Finmeccanica, Alitalia, Wind and Enel.
