Claudio Sartorelli

Director of Corporate Affairs

Born in Rome in 1945, with a degree in law, he always worked as a lawyer in the Enel Group. Hired by the company in 1970 at the legal department, he became a manager in 1979.

Since 1983 he has served as "responsible for the coordination and normative-contractual support " at the Direction for Procurement and Supply, and - from June 1992 to July 1996 - he became Secretary of the shareholdings Committee of Enel.

In September 1992 he was appointed Secretary of the Board of Directors, a position he still holds. Since December 1996 he was appointed Director of the Corporate and Legal Secretariat of Enel.

In the current organizational structure, effective since May 1999, he holds the position of Director of the Corporate Secretariat of Enel SpA.
