Massimo Cioffi

Human resources Director

Born in 1960, he has a degree in Political Economics from the Bocconi University. He began his career at Olivetti, where he was Head of Human Resources Development and Organization from 1995 to 1997. In the two following years he served as HR Manager in a division of the Italcementi Group.

In 1999, he joined Enel as Head of Organization, Planning and Resource Development, before becoming Personnel Manager in Terna in December 2003.

Since July 2006, he has been Human Resources Director of the Enel Group. Currently he also holds the position of Chairman of Sfera and is a Director of seven companies within the Group.
