Procedure for transactions with related parties

Implementing the provisions of the Italian Civil Code and the recommendations of the Self-regulation Code of listed companies, the Board of Directors adopted a specific procedure  that governs the approval and carrying out of transactions with related parties undertaken by Enel, directly or through subsidiaries, in order to ensure the transparency and both the substantial and the procedural fairness of the aforesaid transactions.
