Randstad, an international holding company that specializes in recruitment and training has granted Enel Green Power the Randstad Award for its ability to "draw attention" from job seekers. Francisco Javier Querol Vidal, Head of Human Resources at Enel Green Power, said: "We are very pleased with the acknowledgement we received. . Sustainability as a way of caring for the environment and society is a top priority goal for Enel. It means supplying safe, affordable and accessible energy, growing responsibly while respecting the environment and ensuring a better future for the new generations and local communities in which we operate."
Promoted by Randstad, the world’s second market player for services addressed to Human Resource, the award focuses on Employer Branding, that is, the ability of companies to develop and communicate their image as “employers” in a way that appeals to potential candidates and increases the loyalty of their employees.
The Award is based on a study commissioned by Randstad Holding to the ICMA Institute in 12 countries, exploring the opinions of a sample of 7,000 "potential future employees”, aged 18 to 65, representing all those who, in Italy, are looking for a job or are planning to change it. . In order to measure the appeal of companies, 150 businesses representing over 750 corporations, with over 1,000 employees, located throughout Italy and active in 14 different market sectors, were randomly chosen.
