Enel Green Power has begun construction of a plant powered with locally sourced forest biomass that will supplement the output of the Cornia 2 geothermal plant
The 5 MW biomass plant will boost the geothermal plants annual output by 37 GWh, avoiding the emission of an additional 17 thousand tonnes of CO2 per year

MoU signed to extend the The Hidden Treasure of Rome programme to the Enel Group. Launched in May 2014 by Enel Green Power and the City of Rome the programme aims to bring to the fore the vast cultural heritage of the Capitoline Museums.
