Since 2002 Enel applies its Code of Ethics, which expresses the commitment and ethical responsibilities of the Company in the execution of activities

Enel observes and protects human rights, thus avoiding all discriminations based on age, gender, sexuality, health status, nationality, political opinions and beliefs.
Enel also strives to ensure:

  • the physical and moral integrity of its employees;
  • working conditions respectful of individual dignity;
  • safe and healthy working environments.

For this reason, Enel will not admit requests or threats aimed at inducing unlawful actions, the non observance of the Code of Ethics or conducts that may prejudice any moral and personal conviction.
