Organizational structure of Sustainability

The CSR and Relations with Associations Unit, placed within Enel’s Direction of External Relations, is in charge of planning, scheduling and managing all the Group’s activities regarding the development and diffusion of Corporate Social Responsibility and stakeholder management.

This specific unit’s 8 staff members engage to:

• coordinate the Group’s CSR activities, like the definition of guidelines to draw up and disseminate regular reports and annually compile the Sustainability Report;
• cooperate with the Corporate department of Administration, Finance and Control to achieve an effective and efficient use of KPI and other survey instruments concerning CSR, in order to develop new measurement methods  for stakeholder management;
• manage relationships with consumers, environmental associations, small and medium businesses and local government associations;
• transfer CSR best practices and methods, also regarding relations with the associations, to companies abroad;
• enhance and increase the accessibility of documents in Enel’s historical archive, promoting corporate culture value.
