With 14,317 MW of installed power and a production of more than 62 TWh/year, Endesa’s presence in Latin America is widespread and it is now the largest private company in the industry there. Enel Latin America’s contribution of renewable energy in this area is remarkable, with 586 MW of installed power in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panama, El Salvador, Brazil, and Chile managed either directly or jointly. Furthermore, Enel Group has already started up projects for developing geothermy in Chile and Nicaragua.
