Giovanni Guzzetta is a Full Professor of constitutional and public law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, and a partner at the Legal Protection law firm. An expert in constitutional, administrative, and European law, he was legal advisor to the Minister of the Environment for the nuclear bill approved by the Council of Ministers. He chairs the Observatory on the Right to Innovation and coordinates the Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence Law at Tor Vergata. He also follows differentiated autonomy and LEP/LEA (he’s a former member of CLEP and the Technical Commission for the implementation of Article 116.3 of the Constitution). He was previously President of the Constitutional Court of San Marino, Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Public Administration, and Vice President of the Administrative Justice Presidency Council. He has published numerous essays, and is a columnist for several newspapers.
