- The national grid operator - Gestore della Rete di Trasmissione Nazionale (GRTN) - has informed Enel that, because of the prolongation of service at Endesa’s Fiumesanto plant, it will not be necessary to interrupt the supply of electricity in Sardinia between 10:30am and midday.

The GRTN has warned that for tomorrow, Friday July 4, interruptions to the supply of energy will not be necessary, with the exception of Sardinia.

On the island, because of persisting uncertainties about the availability of group 3 of the Fiumesanto plant, the GRTN has asked Enel to make the necessary preparations for the implementation of level 3 interruptions to the supply of electricity, beginning from 09:00am tomorrow, July 4.
