The Enel Group has bagged itself a hat-trick in Brazil, with three of its companies being included in a best employers guide published by Você s/a magazine, which for the past fifteen years has been naming the best companies to work for in the country.
Coelce, Endesa Geração and Enel Green PowerBrazil were included among the best energy companies operating in Brazil after carrying out analysis of their human resources management, working conditions, career prospects, employment policy, services, benefits and corporate culture.
The survey was conducts on hundreds of firms in 19 different market categories, analysing each company's business model and what it offers workers through an internal audit that directly involved employees. The three Group companies passed the exam with flying colours, and while Coelce and Endesa Geração stood out in the personnel management quality index (IQGP), EGP Brazil excelled in the quality of the working environment index (IQAT).
The Enel Group was praised in particular for the international training offered to its employees, the focus on quality of life and safety at work, its rewarding of merit and making the most of the professionalism found within the business.
The opinions of EGP Brazil's employees published in the guide underline the results of the job satisfaction analysis, with more than 75 percent of Coelce, Endesa Geração and Enel Green Power Brazil's workers identifying with the company and more than 70 percent saying they are satisfied and motivated. Additionally, all three companies scored well for their CSR-oriented HR and business management policies.
