Enel has signed an agreement with the Italian university Luiss Guido Carli and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (Mgimo). The partnership with both institutes, signed on June 8 at the Italian Embassy in Moscow, will offer students in the first year of International relations access to curricular internships at the Enel Russia premises, consolidating the relationship between the three institutions on issues of common interest in the field of energy, the environment and social sciences.

"It's an important occasion that witnesses once again our Group's commitment to invest in human capital", Enel Russia's general manager Carlo Palasciano Villamagna stated during the ceremony. "Enel, which is present in 32 countries in four continents, has invested considerable resources over the last few years, also in human capital, enhancing its management and the company. Enel is a sustainable company that believes in a consistent business project and is strongly convinced that this type of project can also help to confirm values and the creation of clean and sustainable energy that can be useful for society and for the environment around us".

At the ceremony for the signing of the agreement, which enhances the cooperation launched in 2013 between the two universities, besides Enel Russia's general manager, the Rector of the Luiss Massimo Egidi and that of the Mgimo Anatoly Torkunov were also present. The Rectors emphasised that the partnership project between the two universities also holds a significant cultural value: by sharing an important period of their lives, the young people involved in this project can actually become 'ambassadors' of their countries, having acquired instruments that will allow them to communicate, understand and recognise each other in a world that is continuously and increasingly changing.
