Clients at the centre: #EnelFocusOn comes to Bogotá

Goods and services are no longer enough – digital transformation enables companies to create value by enhancing clients’ experience and their quality of life. This is the subject of the latest encounter with #EnelFocusOn, which will take place in Bogotá, Colombia, on 14 March. It will be live-streamed from 10 a.m. local time.

Keynote speaker at the event will be Joe Pine, co-founder of the consulting firm Strategic Horizons LLP and co-author of the bestseller “The Experience Economy: Work Is Theater & Every Business a Stage,” the first book to emphasise the emotional aspect of the experience offered to clients. According to Pine, an experience occurs "when a company intentionally uses services as the stage and goods as props to engage individual clients in a way that creates a memorable event.” 

Joining him in the discussion will be a select panel of influencers and experts from around the world.

This is the 14th talk in the #EnelFocusOn series – the others were held in New York, San Francisco, Boston, Rome, Santiago de Chile, London, Goiânia, Madrid and Bucharest.
