Rome, April 8th, 2013 Enel hereby informs that the shareholders mentioned below have filed, within the terms set forth by applicable laws, two slates of candidates for the office of Statutory Auditor of Enel S.p.A., in view of the renewal of the Companys Board of Statutory Auditors (whose term is expiring) put on the agenda at the General Shareholders Meeting convened on next April 30th in a single call.
- Slate No. 1 filed by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, which owns approximately 31.24% of Enel S.p.A.s share capital is composed of the following candidates:
Regular Statutory Auditors:
1. Lidia DAlessio;
2. Gennaro Mariconda.
Alternate Statutory Auditors:
1. Giulia De Martino;
2. Pierpaolo Singer.
- Slate No. 2 filed by a group of 18 mutual funds and other institutional investors 1, which together own approximately 1.07% of Enel S.p.A.s share capital is composed of the following candidates:
Regular Statutory Auditor:
1. Sergio Duca.
Alternate Statutory Auditor:
1. Franco Luciano Tutino.
