Rome, January 20th, 2014 As a reference for the financial community, Enel Green Power S.p.A. announces its financial calendar for 2014, indicating when the Board of Directors will examine the accounts of the Company and/or Group:
February 3rd, 2014: preliminary consolidated data for the year ended December 31st, 2013.
March 7th, 2014: consolidated financial statements of the Enel Green Power Group, proposed statutory financial statements of Enel Green Power S.p.A. for the year ended December 31st, 2013 and proposed allocation of net income.
May 7th, 2014: interim financial report at March 31st, 2014.
July 30th, 2014: half-year financial report at June 30th, 2014.
November 7th, 2014: interim financial report at September 30th, 2014.
The Company, on the occasion of the publication of the annual results for the year 2013, of the half-year financial report and interim financial reports for 2014, will plan dedicated conference calls to present the relevant Enel Green Power Groups data to financial analysts and institutional investors.
The guidelines of the corporate strategies of Enel Green Power Group will be described within the framework of the presentation of the new business plan of Enel Group to the financial community and media.
The General Meeting of Shareholders to resolve upon the approval of the statutory financial statements of Enel Green Power S.p.A. for the year ended December 31st, 2013 and on the allocation of net income, is scheduled on a single call for May 13th, 2014.
Payment of dividends accruing on 2013 is scheduled for May 22nd, 2014, with the ex-dividend date falling on May 19th, 2014.
The market will be notified in due time of any changes to the above arrangements.
