ENEL GREEN POWER: NEW CHAIRMAN OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPOINTED

Rome, December 17th, 2014 – The Board of Directors of Enel Green Power S.p.A., which met today, acknowledged the resignation of Luigi Ferraris as Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, following his new role in Enel Group.

The Board of Directors has then placed on record their thanks to Luigi Ferraris for his work done and has then appointed by cooptation Alberto De Paoli as Director of the Company, subsequently resolving also upon his appointment as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Alberto De Paoli is at present time Head of Administration, Finance and Control (“Chief Financial Officer”) of Enel S.p.A.. Graduated in Economics at “La Sapienza” University of Rome, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Enel Green Power from April 2008 to April 2012. As Chief Financial Officer of Enel Green Power, he led the start-up and listing of the Company. From May 2012 to November 2014,  he was Head of Group Strategy at Enel. For the dissemination to the public and the storage of regulated information made available to the public, Enel S.p.A. has decided to use respectively the platforms “eMarket SDIR” and “eMarket Storage”, both available at the address www.emarketstorage.com and managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A. with registered office in Milan, at Foro Buonaparte, 10. The aforementioned services are authorized by Consob (resolution No.19878 of February 15th, 2017, related to the mechanism for the dissemination to the public of regulated information “eMarket SDIR” and resolution No. 19879 of February 15th, 2017, related to the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information “eMarket Storage”). 
From May 19th 2014 to June 30th 2015, Enel S.p.A. used the authorized mechanism for the storage of regulated information denominated “1Info”, available at the address www.1info.it, managed by Computershare S.p.A. with registered office in Milan and authorized by Consob with resolution No. 18852 of April 9th, 2014.
