Rome, December 17th, 2014 – The Board of Directors of Enel Green Power S.p.A., which met today, acknowledged the resignation of Luigi Ferraris as Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, following his new role in Enel Group.

The Board of Directors has then placed on record their thanks to Luigi Ferraris for his work done and has then appointed by cooptation Alberto De Paoli as Director of the Company, subsequently resolving also upon his appointment as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Alberto De Paoli is at present time Head of Administration, Finance and Control (“Chief Financial Officer”) of Enel S.p.A.. Graduated in Economics at “La Sapienza” University of Rome, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Enel Green Power from April 2008 to April 2012. As Chief Financial Officer of Enel Green Power, he led the start-up and listing of the Company. From May 2012 to November 2014,  he was Head of Group Strategy at Enel.
