Rome, May 7th 2015 Today the shareholder Ministry of Economy and Finance, owner of a shareholding equal to 25.50% of the share capital of Enel S.p.A. (Enel), has submitted the candidacy of Alfredo Antoniozzi for the office of Director of the Company, in view of the appointment of a member of Enels Board of Directors put on the agenda at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting convened on next May 28th in a single call.
The curriculum vitae of Alfredo Antoniozzi, as well as the statement of the latter accepting his candidacy and certifying that he meets the requirements provided for the office, are available on the Companys website (www.enel.com).

For the dissemination to the public and the storage of regulated information made available to the public, Enel S.p.A. has decided to use respectively the platforms “eMarket SDIR” and “eMarket Storage”, both available at the address www.emarketstorage.com and managed by Teleborsa S.r.l. - with registered office in Rome, at 4 Piazza Priscilla - as per CONSOB authorization and resolutions n. 22517 and 22518 of November 23, 2022.
