Log in on 20 November for Capital Markets Day 2018, when Enel’s CEO and General Manager, Francesco Starace, will present the Group’s Strategic Plan 2019-2021 to the financial community.
The event, held at Milan’s Excelsior Hotel Gallia, is eagerly awaited by the media and investors, and during the day a live stream will relay our outline of what we have done to achieve the objectives we set out in the 2015-2018 Plan as well as the presentation of the strategic cornerstones for the next three years.
In keeping with the established format, the strategy will be presented by Francesco Starace while the economic and financial side will be introduced by CFO Alberto De Paoli. The morning will conclude with a press conference.

This year Capital Markets Day will also be a sustainable event. Through our collaboration with the startup Treedom, in order to compensate the CO2 emissions resulting from financial marketing events and roadshows during 2017 as well as last year’s Capital Markets Day, 440 trees in Colombia and 300 pomegranate trees in Sicily will be planted in a contribution to the agroforestry projects that serve to reduce the greenhouse effect, safeguard the region’s biodiversity and develop business possibilities for local communities.
Furthermore, in keeping with the criteria of sustainability and digitalisation that is at the heart of Enel’s strategy, it will be possible to follow the event through the Enel Investor App. In fact, in preparation for Capital Markets Day, a bespoke section has been added to offer, in addition to the programme, timetable and other event information, a live stream plus multimedia contributions from the top management concerning issues of the greatest importance to the Group. What’s more, anyone who has registered on the App will be able to download the presentation, write their own notes and send the resulting document, including comments, to their own personal email address.
