Michela Mossini was appointed Head of the CEO’s Office & Strategy at Enel in March 2024, after joining the Group in July 2023.
She began her professional career in Enel’s Human Resources Department in Rome. In 2001, she moved to Telecom Italia, holding different roles in the Finance Department with increasing responsibilities, including Head of Group Planning and Control at TIM S.p.A. and CFO of Telecom Italia Sparkle Group, a company fully-owned by TIM operating worldwide in the wholesale business.
She has served on several national and international boards, including Daphne 3 S.p.A., TCC – Telecontact, Persidera, Noovle and TIM Participações S.A., one of the leading telecommunications operators in Brazil, with shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
She has a degree in Economics and Business from Sapienza University in Rome.
