Stefano Ciurli is Head of Global Services of the Enel Group since July 2023.
He graduated with a degree in Economics and Business from the LUISS University in Rome in 1987, he has gained extensive experience in administration, oversight, and strategic planning, leading transformation, integration, and development initiatives over the years in both domestic and international contexts.
He spent over 30 years with the Telecom Italia Group, holding positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of Strategic Planning, Finance and Control, Procurement, International Development, Real Estate and Energy, Caring Services, and the Wholesale Market.
Among his key managerial roles, he served as CFO of TIM S.p.A. (2003–2005), contributing to the company’s financial management and the merger of TIM into Telecom Italia. He subsequently served as Group Planning & Control Chief (2008–2009), with responsibility for the Group’s economic and financial governance, strategic planning, and performance monitoring.
He also held the following positions:
- Group Senior VP National Wholesale (2014–2015), responsible for fiber deployment and the commercial market among operators;
- Group Senior VP of Caring Services (2012–2014);
- Group Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Real Estate (2009–2012);
- VP of International Support (2006–2008).
From 2019 to 2023, he served as CEO of PTS, an Italian consulting firm.
He has gained significant governance experience through his service on numerous national and international boards of directors, including Telepiù, TESS, Saritel, Telecontact, TI International, TIM Brasil, TIM Digitel (Venezuela), Avea (Turkey), Telenergia, Olivetti, Flash Fiber, Unidata, and PTS.
