Salvatore De Bellis

Member of the Supervisory Board as per Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001

A graduate in Economics (1996) and Business Administration (2001), he also holds a master's degree in Business Management and Strategy (2007). He is an auditor and certified public accountant.

Since 2009, he was a coadjutor, then delegate for Ordinary Management and interim marketing director and then advisor in Finance, Control and Administration for the ATR Group until March 2013.

From 2010 to 2023 he was adjunct professor of Economic Policy at Pegaso University in Naples.

He has served as a consultant and collaborator for private companies and public administrations and has been a member of the board of statutory auditors and supervisory boards for companies and foundations, including Poste Tutela S.p.A. and the Ministry of Cultural Heritage Foundation.

Currently, he is a member of the board of directors of the PosteMotori consortium; a member of the board of statutory auditors of Integrated System Credit Consulting Fintech S.p.A., Novares S.p.A.; a member of the board of statutory auditors and certified public accountant of the CRUI Foundation for Italian Universities and the company Unimercatorum S.r.l.

Since July 2023, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board as per Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 of the Enel Group.
