2023 FIM Enel MotoE™ World Championship: are you ready for a new era?

{{item.title}}

On Friday, March 17 at 12:30 p.m. at the Vallelunga Autodrome north of Rome, the launch of the new season of the FIM Enel MotoE™ World Championship will be held, with Enel as title sponsor and Enel X Way as Smart Charging Partner.

The event on the 17th will also be an opportunity to discover the new Ducati MotoE™ bike and see it in action on the Roman circuit.

Starting this year, Ducati is the sole official manufacturer for the FIM Enel MotoE™ World Championship. The Borgo Panigale factory – with deep roots in the heart of the ‘Motor Valley’ and long an example of Italian excellence – has taken up the technological challenge of electric mobility on two wheels. We’ve been at the forefront of this challenge for a few years now, and two-wheeled e-mobility can now count on the know-how, innovation and sustainability of a unique ‘Made in Italy’ partnership between Enel and Ducati.

The launch of the new MotoE™ season will be the ideal time for fans and insiders to learn more about all aspects of the championship.

Our CEO and General Manager, Francesco Starace, will open the event at 12:30 p.m., followed by speeches by the CEOs of Dorna, Carmelo Ezpeleta, and Ducati, Claudio Domenicali. Then there will be a presentation by Elisabetta Ripa, CEO of Enel X Way, Official Smart Charging Partner of the event. Technical speeches by the different partners of the competition will close the event (in addition to Enel X Way and Ducati, Michelin, sole supplier of tires, will be present).

Finally, an on-track demonstration of the new Ducati MotoE™ by racer Alex De Angelis is planned.

The event will be held in person at the Vallelunga Autodrome and digitally via live streaming, which you can register for at this link: https://events.enel.com/fim-enel-motoe-world-championship-launch/detail
