As group 2 of the Endesa plant at Fiumesanto is not available, the GRTN has issued a level 3 (15% of customers) pre-warning for the island beginning from 09:00am tomorrow, Wednesday July 2.

The national grid operator (GRTN) has informed Enel that, following news from Endesa Italia that it will be impossible to defer the unavailability of group 2 of the Fiumesanto plant, the capacity available in Sardinia is not enough to guarantee the normal functioning the islands electricity system.The GRTN has requested the necessary preparations in Sardinia for possible level 3 interruptions to the supply of electricity from 09:00am tomorrow, July 2.
The GRTN reserves the right to confirm the implementation of power interruptions and their mode of application (level and time).
