Rome, January 28th, 2011 Enel Green Power SpA (EGP) announces that the following changes have been made to the 2011 calendar of events first issued in its press release of December 19th, 2010:
* the preliminary consolidated data for the year 2010 will be examined by the Board of Directors on February 2nd, 2011 (rather than on February 1st);
* the consolidated financial statements of the EGP Group, the proposed statutory financial statements of EGP SpA at December 31st, 2010 and the proposed allocation of net income will be approved by the Board of Directors on March 9th, 2011 (rather than March 24th);
* the General Meeting of Shareholders to pass resolutions regarding approval of the statutory financial statements of EGP SpA at December 31st, 2010, and on the allocation of net income, is scheduled for April 27th and April 28th, 2011, on first and second calling respectively (rather than May 9th and 10th, 2011, on first and second calling respectively).
In addition, the presentation of corporate strategy to the financial community and the media will take place in conjunction with the presentation of the new business plan of the Enel Group.
All other dates specified in the press release of December 19th, 2010 regarding the 2011 calendar of corporate events for EGP, including those concerning the 2010 dividend payment and ex-dividend dates, remain the same.

For the dissemination to the public and the storage of regulated information made available to the public, Enel S.p.A. has decided to use respectively the platforms “eMarket SDIR” and “eMarket Storage”, both available at the address www.emarketstorage.com and managed by Teleborsa S.r.l. - with registered office in Rome, at 4 Piazza Priscilla - as per CONSOB authorization and resolutions n. 22517 and 22518 of November 23, 2022.
From May 19th 2014 to June 30th 2015, Enel S.p.A. used the authorized mechanism for the storage of regulated information denominated “1Info”, available at the address www.1info.it, managed by Computershare S.p.A. with registered office in Milan and authorized by Consob with resolution No. 18852 of April 9th, 2014.
