Rome, April 26th, 2013 Enel hereby informs that today it has published a document, available at the Companys headquarters and on its website (www.enel.com, under Investors/Financial Reports/ 2012 Annual Report), containing some additional information relating to the Annual Financial Report at December 31st, 2012, approved by Enels Board of Directors on March 12th, 2013. Such information also refers to the 2013-2017 Business Plan presented to the financial community on March 13th, 2013 and disclosed to the market through a press release published on the same date. The document has been prepared following a request from Consob (the Italian Securities and Exchange Commission), pursuant to Article 114, paragraph 5, of Italian Legislative Decree No. 58/1998.
