Luca Pratelli - From office to construction site, in the geothermal capital of the world

Luca is 40 years old and has been with Enel since 2016. He is Head of the Technical and Planning Team in Larderello, the 'world capital' of geothermal energy. Every two years or so, Luca has changed roles, moving from the office to the construction site, and he now leads a team of 17 people.
