ENEL GREEN POWER: AMENDMENT OF 2011 CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS

Rome, May 6, 2011 – Enel Green Power SpA (“EGP”) announces that the following amendment has been made to the 2011 calendar of corporate events first issued in its press release of December 19, 2010:

¿ the interim accounts as of March 31, 2011 will be examined by the Board of Directors on May 10, 2011 (rather than on May 11).
 
All other dates specified in the above mentioned press release of December 19, 2010 remain unchanged.

Furthermore, please be informed that an Investor Day will take place at the Enel Conference Center, 125 Viale Regina Margherita, Rome at 9.00 a.m. on May 11, 2011. On this occasion, the chief executive officer and the EGP management will present to the financial community and the market the results of the first quarter of the year 2011 and will provide further additional details to the Industrial Plan of Enel Green Power Group already summarily explained during the analysts presentation of Enel Group Industrial Plan occurred on March 15, 2011 in London.

It will be possible to see the event in web streaming on EGP website  www.enelgreenpower.com.  The documents relating to the event will be made available as well on Borsa Italiana website, www.borsaitaliana.it.

For the dissemination to the public and the storage of regulated information made available to the public, Enel S.p.A. has decided to use respectively the platforms “eMarket SDIR” and “eMarket Storage”, both available at the address www.emarketstorage.com and managed by Teleborsa S.r.l. - with registered office in Rome, at 4 Piazza Priscilla - as per CONSOB authorization and resolutions n. 22517 and 22518 of November 23, 2022. 

From May 19th 2014 to June 30th 2015, Enel S.p.A. used the authorized mechanism for the storage of regulated information denominated “1Info”, available at the address www.1info.it, managed by Computershare S.p.A. with registered office in Milan and authorized by Consob with resolution No. 18852 of April 9th, 2014.
