Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: people's energy is what unites us

Parenting and caregiving:
  • we take care of those who take care of others. We support all our colleagues both in their role as parents – before, during, and after the birth of a child – and as caregivers for elderly parents or loved ones. We are convinced that shared parenting and caregiving programs improve work productivity, the work-life balance, and a sense of belonging.
Generations at the center:

we go beyond the concept of "age" and listen to different generations in order to understand their specific characteristics and needs. We encourage intergenerational dialogue and exchange with a view to continuous and mutual learning.

Gender and wage equality:

we ensure equal opportunities and increase female representation at all levels of the organization. We promote a culture of merit, transparency, and inclusion. We tackle gender stereotypes and encourage a good work-life balance.

Cultural integration:

we value differences so that different types of culture, knowledge, tradition, and experience can coexist and enrich our shared vision.

Recognition of vulnerability:

we see potential where others see fragility. Our policy broadens the concept of "different abilities," extending it to all conditions of vulnerability and including, for the first time, the sphere of neurodiversity and neurodivergence.

Sexual orientation and gender identity:

we are committed to building a work environment that’s free from stereotypes, prejudice, abuse of power, and discrimination based on gender or sexual orientation. We promote language and behavior that is always inclusive and based on respect, in order to ensure free and peaceful self-expression at all times.
